Method
- Bring 8-10 cups of water to a boil in a large stockpot. Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet on medium heat until butter is melted. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 5-7 minutes until pink.
- Turn to medium-low and add the pesto sauce. Stir until heated through. Add the pasta and stir to combine.
